We promise that goods meeting the following conditions can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt:
Product has quality issues
Damage caused during transportation
Wrong item sent or product does not match the description, and does not affect resale
No-reason returns are not applicable in the following situations:
Personalized custom-made items
Used items (electronic products are considered used if powered on)
Wear-and-scratch items, incomplete accessories
Outer packaging lost or severely damaged, affecting resale
Items that are unsuitable for return due to their nature and were clearly stated at the time of purchase
Application Process:
Returns/exchanges for personal reasons: Submit an application via email within 7 days; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returns/exchanges for quality issues: Submit an email to service@mail.crimsonarcade.com within 7 days; we will cover the shipping costs.
Refunds after return: We will process your application within 15 business days.
