Price and Order Confirmation

Delivery and Receipt
After placing your order, you will be informed of the estimated delivery time. We will try our best to deliver on time, but we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.
Each item is insured during transportation until it is signed for. Signing for the goods indicates that you have confirmed the goods are intact and accept related responsibilities. If someone else receives the goods on your behalf (such as relatives, friends, security guards, etc.), it is considered that you have agreed to this signing. We may update our delivery policy at any time without prior notice.
Return Policy
We offer a "No-Questions-Asked Return" service: If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return within 7 days of receipt and receive a full refund.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with their packaging and tags intact.
Please include the return slip with the product (if lost, please contact customer service for a replacement).
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
